Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order for hair oil due to various reasons. To ensure a seamless and hassle-free cancellation process, we have put in place the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will process your cancellation request and initiate a refund. You will receive the full amount you paid for the product within 7 business days of your cancellation request.
2. Cancellation After Shipping: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be eligible for a refund minus shipping charges. The refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the product back in its original condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used hair oil products for hygiene reasons.
3. Damaged or Defective Products: In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with pictures of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds: All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
